One of the biggest annoyances of the last couple of months, and especially the last two weeks, is that I’m not eating.
I’m CRAVING stuff, but I’m not wanting to EAT stuff.
So today was the first time in quite awhile that I’ve actually eaten a decent meal — one meal, thusfar, but it was a meal nonetheless.
I had a hummus sammich with butter lettuce, baby cukes, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes and an almost perfectly ripe avocado. I’m stupid full now, but happy that I actually ate something ~healthy~ with veggies.
Now I’m all excited because I bought 2 small peppercorn steaks, some blue cheese and some parmesan garlic bread. This is all going to be served tonight with more baby cukes (so cute! They’re about the length of my hand and just shy of two fingers in width) and sliced tomatoes.
Really, really excited.
