I’m making chickpea pancakes to go with the leftover Japanese curry and I’m thinking it might actually be a really tasty combination.
The batter is the same but I’ve decided, just for fun, to add 3Tbsp of milled flax seed to the batter — cuz yanno, I can use all the help I can get in the extra fibre departments.
I am thinking that it will honestly be a really tasty combination — the curry & the pancakes, that is. I dunno how I feel about the flax, just yet. For some reason I’ve been rather stubborn about the whole flax thing because of my Mom constantly rambling on about how good everything is when she doesn’t make anything very tasty with it.
Man. I am tired. It’s been a long day to boot. My concentrator has been making really scary noises the last few days and I called the Oxygen company yesterday morning to have someone come take a look at it. I’ve been hungover and left waiting all day for the Oxygen guy and he only now, at 424pm showed up when he was supposed to be here somewhere around late morning-early afternoon. Moose hangovers do not agree with me.
Turns out they brought me a brand new concentrator and it’s HUEG LIEK XBAWX!!
