Raspberry Lemonade Marshmallows — Round II

Ingredients for 1/2 Batch:

Bloom 2 packets gelatine with 1/4 cup hot water. Stir to dissolve.
Add 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp flavoured syrup
1 1/2 tsp extract
Stir to combine & rescue stuck gelatine from spatula.

Boil sugar, water, salt & syrup together to 234-240F.
Follow original recipe as written.
